​You have the following payment options:

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.

SHIPPING

The minimum order value is 50€.

​Deliveries are made with DHL Go Green or Deutsche Post.

Delivery is free of charge.

All orders received before 2:00 p.m. will be processed within 7 working days of the conclusion of the contract.

If there is a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered to the European Union and Switzerland within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Customs duties, duties and taxes

German Army Equipment is not responsible for any duties and taxes levied on your order. Any charges collected during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).

compensation

Bundeswehr-Equipment is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim.
