RETURNS & REFUND

We strive to bring you the best quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to take it back and give you a full refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please understand that we issue refunds once your refund request is approved - this means the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes a while for a refund to be posted. Some credit card companies can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on the card. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

How long does the delivery take?

All orders are shipped within 7 business days. If your order does not reach you within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@bundeswehr-ausruestung.de

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer once the tracking information is available.

I entered an incorrect shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, please email us asap, we may be able to take care of it. However, we cannot promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after your order and shipped the same day or a few days later. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we can no longer hold it.
We cannot be held responsible if you have provided an incomplete and/or incorrect delivery address. Our system processes the orders automatically and sticks to what you have specified.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
Invalid Reasons:

  1. The buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example that we at bundeswehr-fertigungen.de cannot acknowledge if we want to continue to offer good value for money. The buyer should make sure they want to buy the items before placing an order, not after. After an order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. The buyer found the items cheaper elsewhere - The buyer should be sure they are willing to pay the asking price before placing an order. After an order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.


 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the first goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Niklas Kather, Sophie-Schoop-Weg, 72, 21035 Hamburg, Germany, info@bundeswehr-ausruestung.de, phone: 49 1523 3746088) a clear statement (e.g. a with letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to my-scaledigital GmbH (Alter Holzhafen 19, Wismar, Germany) immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract . The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
